What’s On Tap?

October 24, 2008
By

Just in time for weekend carousing, a sampling of local, seasonal brews on tap.

At the Brewer’s Art (1106 N. Charles St., [410] 547-6925): 7 Beauties, a country rye ale, and 12 Labors of Hercules, its 12th anniversary ale, a “wheated Chesapeake mild” that clocks in at 4.5 percent alcohol.

At the Wharf Rat (206 W. Pratt St., [410] 244-8900): Oliver Harvest Ale, an English Amber Ale brewed with honey, and Oliver Nut Brown Ale, commemorating the 3,000th batch of beer the bar has brewed.

At DuClaw Brewing Company (901 S. Bond St., [410] 563-3400): Consecration, a brown ale, Mad Bishop, an Oktoberfest, and Twisted Kilt, a Scotch Ale.

Supplies of these beers are limited and once they’re gone (probably in the next two to three weeks), they’re gone. So get drinking!
