Former Correctional Officer Finally Gets to Plead Guilty to Smuggling a Cell Phone and Drugs Into Prison

In Decem­ber, for­mer cor­rec­tional offi­cer Lynae Chapman’s attempt to plead guilty to smug­gling a cell phone and drugs into prison for the father of her unborn child, accused mur­derer and alleged Black Guerilla Fam­ily prison-gang mem­ber Ray Don­ald Lee, was rejected by Bal­ti­more City Cir­cuit Court judge David Young. Yes­ter­day, The Bal­ti­more Sun reports, Chapman’s guilty plea was accepted by another judge, Barry Williams, who sen­tenced her to a 10-year prison term, all but two years sus­pended. The case is one of many high­light­ing cor­rup­tion among Mary­land cor­rec­tional offi­cers.

    The City is a lie becausethat girl didnt have any drugs and did not bring any drugs ino that facil­ity and i agree with the sen­tence even­though she should have to serve any time because she had noth­ing to do wit her unborn childs father actions…
